Pésimo servicio y atención al cliente’
Tengo esperando un pedido 4 meses y es fecha que no me lo entregan.
Piden el pago por adelantado y cuando marcas para informes de tu pedido, nadie sabe nada y se pasan la bolita’
Dicen que lo entregarán un día, marcas y siempre dicen que no les ha llegado, pero mañana sin falta lo tienes, y ese día nunca llega.
Asco de servicio
Quedaron de depositar el reembolso y aún no lo realizan.

Debes tomar en cuenta que este negocio vende muchos saldos o telas descontinuadas, así que puede que la tela que veas y necesitas una vez, no la vuelvas a ver.... Mi caso en particular... Compre unas alfombras automotrices varias veces de muy buena calidad... Tanto que las empecé a meterlas de linea en nuestros trabajos de tapicería .... Cuando trate de comprar más.. No había, paso un mes, 6 meses.. 1 año.. Nunca llego.. Peor también nunca me dijeron que eran saldos..... Buenos precios.. Y una buena opción para algunos...
