★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atienden como quieren, si quieres hacer una cancelación tardan demaciado y es mejor llevar todos los cables que te dieron por que si no te los cobran más caros que la mensualidad, es mejor llamar antes de ir. Y te preguntan de todo por que quieres cancelar y que por que de eso y por que de eso

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente pensando en una urgencia de contar con un servicio de internet y que anexo proporcionaba televisión, se decidió contratar ya que al no existir fibra óptica se considero "la mejor opción", si haces la contratación en línea te indican que como máximo serán 5 días hábiles, los instaladores te llaman para estar en el domicilio esperándolos (cuatro días consecutivos y nunca llegaron, al marcarle nuevamente ya no contestó.
Llamas a atención al cliente y te mienten diciendo que tienen agendada la cita para ese "día" lo cual después de averiguar son mentiras para que no tengas tiempo de hacer tu reclamo al momento.
Al acudir al Centro de Atención te dicen que como la solicitud de instalación fue en línea no tienen forma de checar los estatus de esas solicitudes " Se dedican a procesos tecnológicos y no tienen comunicación entre sus sistemas" ? Patético.
Te comentan que si se hubiera realizado la contratación en sucursal los tiempos son de hasta 10 días hábiles, debido a la gran carga de solicitudes que tienen (me imagino que toda la ciudad está solicitando el servicio por su excelencia).
Otros proveedores te informan el día de tu instalación y en un rango de horas para que no tengas que estar esperando.
Es una lastima que manejes una imagen que no coincide en nada con tu servicio.
Por cierto, al estar en el Centro de Atención un usuario reclamaba que no le permitían cancelar la suscripción y que al estar cerca su corte le iban a cobrar otro mes de servicio, aún cuando no lo ocupes.
Mucho ojo cuando pretendas cancelar el servicio.

They tell you that if the contracting had been done at the branch, the times would be up to 10 business days, due to the heavy load of requests they have (I imagine that the entire city is requesting the service for its excellence).
Other providers inform you on the day of your installation and in a range of hours so that you do not have to wait.
It is a pity that you handle an image that does not coincide at all with your service.
By the way, being in the Service Center, a user complained that they were not allowed to cancel the subscription and that being close to their court they were going to charge another month of service, even if you did not use it.
Be very careful when you intend to cancel the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate it 0 stars but not possible. Horrible customer service. Staff are very rude and not willing to help. When technician arrive they put any devices even if it doesn’t provide the services or extras you required and charged for. Technician was with supervisor neither cared. They called the office and just told them to install what they had available. When you want to cancel or make certain devices they always make excuses and can’t cancel at a certain date it has to be when they tell you. So annoyed I canceled services. I would definitely not recommend this office or even the service at all since we constantly loose signal and expensive. Found a much better deal, a lot cheaper and customer service.
