★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio al cliente es pésimo. Y todos los empleados tienen un na actitud como si fueras a pedir gratis el servicio, hasta la gerenta asi como la vez mal humorada asi mismo le dice a sus empleados q no puede atenderte, aunque la veas haciendo nada.
 Customer service is lousy. And all the employees have an attitude as if you were going to ask for the service for free, even the manager, as well as being grumpy at the same time, tells her employees that she cannot serve you, even if you see her doing nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demasiado tiempo de espera, un solo ejecutivo en atención a clientes y una fila de 15 personas afuera de MegaCable y 8 personas adentro esperando por Servicio... Yo entiendo que la atención es personalizada, puede ser cosa de 1 minuto o un cuarto de hora; pero por eso mismo debieran siempre tener los Cuatro Ejecutivos de los cuatro cubículos de atención; además había solo un Ejecutivo, al llegar otro Ejecutivo, el Ejecutivo que ya estaba dejo de atender a clientes; tenía otras cosas que hacer lo entiendo, pero acaso no debería ser prioridad el cliente?.
Too much waiting time, a single executive in customer service and a queue of 15 people outside MegaCable and 8 people inside waiting for Service... I understand that the attention is personalized, it can be a matter of 1 minute or a quarter of an hour ; but for that very reason they should always have the Four Executives of the four attention cubicles; In addition, there was only one Executive, when another Executive arrived, the Executive who had already stopped serving clients; I had other things to do, I understand, but shouldn't the customer be a priority?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene un amplio lugar para estacionarse se encuentra en esquina Bolivar y Diaz Mirón, abren de lunes a viernes a partir de las 9 am, sábados y domingo a partir de las 10 am, aquí se encuentran atención a clientes y cajas de pago. Normalmente el pago de servicios los atienden rápido y en atención a clientes tardan un poco más, cuentan con espacio de espera con sillas. Me pareció muy buena la atención las veces que acudido al lugar.
It has a large parking space, it is located on the corner of Bolivar and Diaz Mirón, they open from Monday to Friday from 9 am, Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am, here you can find customer service and payment boxes. Normally the payment of services they attend them quickly and in customer service they take a little longer, they have waiting space with chairs. I found the attention to be very good the times I came to the place.
