La segunda vez que acudí me tocó que la fila de servicio al cliente era muy larga y la mayoría fue para dar de baja el servicio. Tardan mucho, más de una hora en espera.
No están capacitadas ya que un día dan una información y una semana después dan otra. (En mi caso fue respecto a un reembolso).
There are 5 ladies and only 2 of them attend, one receives payments and the other is in customer service.
The second time I went I was told that the customer service queue was very long and most of it was to cancel the service. They take a long time, more than an hour waiting.
They are not trained since one day they give information and a week later they give another. (In my case it was regarding a refund).
