I'm was visiting from California traveling through Mexico when I needed a haircut. I don't let any barber touch my hair. MEMPHIS BARBER SHOP handles business. 1. HAIRCUT- ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Asked for the Mohawk Fade which is common but not amongst most babers in the states. I been around Merida and Oaxaca looking for a barber that knew what I was talking about but never had a comfortable feeling about any of them. I walk in and ANDRES knew exactly what I was talking about. Good vibes and I felt at home. I highly recommend him and will be back everytime I visit Oaxaca. 2. PRICE- ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ $. I payed $150 peso for a Mohawk Fade, I can't believe the quality of my haircut was that cheap. It's one of the best fades I've honestly had so I tipped him well. 3. CLEAN-⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Clean clippers, no hair on the floor, Covid friendly, wore latex gloves. 4. Hospitality-⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ANDRES made me feel right at home, what more can you ask for. ANDRES is confident in what he's doing so if you need a FRESH CUT don't go anywhere else except for MEMPHIS BARBER SHOP.

Received a great cut and fade today. I don't speak Spanish but the staff were patient and helpful and understood exactly what I wanted. (Photos and google helped) but the barber was very skilled to give me a great fade and beard trim! Very reasonable prices too!

One of the best haircuts I have ever gotten. Haircut is less than $10 USD & would probably cost minimum $50 USD in the states. Extremely friendly barbers who speak both English & Spanish. I asked for a skin fade, and they delivered! Place is impeccably clean. Highly recommend!

Shop was clean and only one other client in the shop. Chairs spaced out. CoVid complainant. I had to convince Andreas to cut my hair as I had locs and he didn’t want to cut a woman’s hair. I helped him out by cutting the first locs. I originally wanted it just all shaved (low) but he convinced me to keep a little in top. I am the first Black Woman’s hair he cut. He did good for a first. It’s a big change but I’m happy I cut it off. One star off for some technical errors, but I would def let him cut it again! New beginnings!!! Def check him out as he’s from Memphis hence the name!
