This review is for the apartment 301 With the app Vrbo Hello everyone. Here is my experience and opinion regarding my stay in this place. 1 Parking space: respect to the parking space, I am very dissatisfied since in the description, it indicates that when renting the apartment, you have the right to use the parking space. From the first call with Mr. Karl on Saturday that we arrived, I noticed that the use of the parking lot was not going to be possible when he asked me to park on the street since the building's parking lot was very narrow. When I checked in, he didn't give me the garage remote control, and I forgot to ask him at the time. That same day, in the afternoon, I texted to him asking how I could get the car into the parking lot, and he replied that he was out of town but that he would drop off the remote control from the garage at 10 am on Sunday. The next day I waited for him until 10 am and since he didn't show up, I sent him a message, I waited for him for almost two more hours and he didn't show up, so we spent practically half a day there waiting for him. In the end, he answered almost 7 hours later telling me that his wife had lost the remote. He informed me that he was going to ask for another remote control so that we could make use of it. On Monday we were resting all day and waiting for an answer, and we had to pay 12 hours of parking since he did not solve anything. on Tuesday he said that they did not have control and that they had already "requested a new one." Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday we had no answer. On Friday we arrived at midnight with my family and on Saturday we were resting all morning since we were so tired and when we woke up, I realized that they had immobilized my car for only 15 minutes that I did not pay for the parking, When I was paying every morning. which I had to pay 580 pesos of penalty fee. This would not have happened if the car had been in the parking lot where it was supposed to be since we paid for a reservation with “free parking” included. Sunday arrived and we never got entry to the parking lot, and we did have to pay more than 600 pesos in parking when we were supposed to have reserved parking. 2 The apartment does not have a washer and dryer as the description says, but Mr. Karl gave us the laundry service, and changed the sheets and towels. 3 Good location, very close to the 5TH avenue and the beach. The pool is very nice, and the view is beautiful. 4 Very clean and spacious apartment. the apartment has towels and toilet paper but does not have body soap or shampoo. The water on the showers runs to slow and we spend too much time taking shower. 5 Kitchen: *The stove has four burners but only one works properly. another of the stoves has a very low flame and the other two do not work. when I tried to turn them on, they turned off instantly (as if they had gas leaks) * The kitchen needs more utensils.
