Place is nice. Good drink. Good food but food is really cold & small. Woman bathroom line sometimes. * No priority pass. * But if u have amex platinum u can bring 2 guesses with u depends on ur card i believe. * Or if u have amex green, u can buy access pass on loungebuddy.com($35) * $33-35 USD to buy access pass for a 2-3 hours in person.

Horrible service horrible menus. Many staff just hanging around. Have given 200 pesos tip still no service. Not recommended. Very shocked. First vip lounge that I have not loved. More like we don’t care lounge. Everyone leaving disgusted. Wow. Seems like this lounge is Chinese based dragon members from China or some from England they explained. I did here China wants to buy up Cancun I guess it’s starting. Very disappointed. Not friendly. -10 horrible experience. No longer priority lounge. Avoid. Believe me. Nothing good !! I have never been so disappointed. 60 dollars for no service at all. Total joke. My writings always very good. This one I can’t stop I’m so disappointed . Amex priory where are you. The manager takes up a whole seating for 6 on her compeuter. I looked on her screen while walking buy. She’s in social media. Does not care at all. I told her second time horrible seevice she smiles. Does not speak English obviously. I will never ever come to this lounge again. One big joke. Stay away. Believe me. -10 all the way. Although my sandwich was ok on and menu. I saw bacon asked if it comes with eggs and toast then replied bacon only. Ha ha ha omg. DRAGONS ONLY IT SEEMS. WHAT EVER !!!!! GOOD RIDENS I RUBBISH TO THE EXTREME !!

Definitely a far cry from the craziness outside. Food is on par, perhaps slightly lower in quality, compared to other Plaza Premium lounges. Lounge is not the biggest, we did have to put our names down on the waiting list and waited for 25 mins. They have employed an order-at-your-table service to reduce touch points. -1 ⭐ for dirty table. ? For dropping priority pass - otherwise it would have been much more crowded.

I’ve been to approximately 50+ lounges across the world. This lounge had the best food I’ve ever had, and my server Javier was exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive. 10/10 would recommend the Mera lounge at Cancun airport to a friend.

Not bad! You’ll have to pay $29 usd to enter, and priority pass or business class tickets won’t exempt you from this, but because of that it’s less crowded than some lounges. Pros: - hot and cold meals. Pasta, sándwiches, tamales, hummus, veggies, salads, etc. - drinks included as well. Variety is good enough. - extremely clean. One of the cleanest lounges I’ve been in - service was fast and polite Cons: - it is smaller, so not a ton of seating options. - for some reason it was like family day in there, every visitor seemed to have a million kids. I usually find solace in business lounges but this kind of felt like a day care. - women’s washroom is one single stall Honestly, it’s so much better in here then out in the madness that is Cancun airport. Spent 2 hours preflight and would 100% return.

Calm oasis Yes you have to pay. That is good. Unlike the free lounges ( airline or AMEX or Priority Pass) that get very crowded, this one is nice and uncluttered. Very professional service; great food and nice temperature and ambiance Well worth the entrance charge

We used MERA Business lounge in Terminal 3 Cancun Airport. We totally go got lucky cause usually I tend to rely on booking in advanced to ensure access. The staff were great and so was their food/drinks offering. Much better alternative to relying on the seating around the busy airport.

Very small lounge. It quickly gets filled up and incapacitated. Otherwise wifi is fast and food just barely makes it into the decent category. Property is clean but there are noticeable stains on the chairs that are quite unsightly. Service is pretty good.
