Pasamos a la nevería dónde un empleado varón requiere se le capacite mejor para dar mejor servicio al público y aprenda a servir la nieve mejor. Hermoso Huichapan.
Order, cleanliness, culture. There was going to be a play that unfortunately I couldn't stay to enjoy. The excellent market with quality fruit and vegetables at a very good price. We go to the ice cream parlor where a male employee requires better training to provide better service to the public and learn to serve the ice better. Beautiful Huichapan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitamos Huichapan con la intención de comer las famosas carnitas que ahí venden , y no nos decepcionaron ; Son exquisitas , tacos muy bien servidos , acompañados de salsa , cebolla , chicharrón de cerdo , limones etc. Alcancé a comerme tres , pero mis acompañantes , solo dos , pues están generosamente servidos.
En los puestos de venta cercanos , también tenían " chicharrones de res " , que no alcanzamos a probar pero se veían deliciosos. ( Son las vísceras de la res cocinadas en su propia grasa , muy sabrosas , aunque dicen que son puro colesterol ).
We visited Huichapan with the intention of eating the famous carnitas that they sell there, and we were not disappointed; They are exquisite, tacos very well served, accompanied by salsa, onion, pork rinds, lemons, etc. I managed to eat three, but my companions, only two, as they are generously served.
At the nearby stalls, they also had "beef chicharrones", which we couldn't taste but they looked delicious. (They are the viscera of the beef cooked in their own fat, very tasty, although they say they are pure cholesterol).
