★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un clásico mercado de barrio, hoy por la mañana vi a un carnicero que lleva atendiendo como 50 años o más, verduras y frutas frescas a precios regulares, carnicerías y puestos de pollo y de mariscos donde la mayoría de los clientes son regulares de cada una. Los fines de semana abren puestos de barbacoa que, a mi gusto, está sobrevalorada.
Realmente yo voy por comer carnitas en el local de la Señora Gloria, justo al costado de un altar, allí me llevaban desde antes de nacer y, a más de 50 años, sigo siendo cliente. Ahora atendido por los hijos o los nietos, mantiene la calidad de su producto, en particular de la salsa pico de gallo, las quesadillas, de sesos o de carne, crocantes, los tacos de carnitas suaves, sin grasa escurriendo, de muy buen sabor... en fin, para mí, esas son carnitas imperdibles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy cómodo y práctico por su cercanía, surtido básico pero muy fresco, buena carne y abarrotes surtidos, fruta y verdura de temporada. Gran detalle las paletas, helados y jugos. Lástima que algunos puestos cerraron y que los juegos infantiles están cercados.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualmente no hay muchos puestos abiertos, a excepción del área de venta de comidas corridas y alimentos en general. La comida muy variada, rica y a buenos precios. Los mercaderes son todos muy amables y atentos. Yo visité el local de Uniformes (muy buen servicio por cierto), además de uniformes pueden confeccionar disfraces o pedidos especiales y hacer bordados.
