The sellers well, the ones in charge of delivering the merchandise very badly, and apart they demand tips forcibly (because of not doing it, you take a good ment of mother)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace algunos meses compré una parrilla y campana marca Teka y no traen incluidas las clavijas, el vendedor nunca me dijo de que no traen las clavijas solo lo hizo por vender, yo apenas conozco la marca, por eso solo le pongo una estrella.
A few months ago I bought a Teka brand grill and hood and they didn't bring the pegs included, the seller never told me that they don't bring the pegs just did it for selling, I barely know the brand, that's why I only put a star on it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo. No envían los artículos en tiempo, ponen demasiadas excusas en vez de dar soluciones. Recomiendo que antes de comprar aquí, comparen en Home Depot donde el servicio, atención y precios son mejores (aún teniendo en llano de la Torre descuento). Mala elección en comprar aquí :-(
Appalling. They do not send the articles on time, they make too many excuses instead of giving solutions. I recommend that before buying here, you shop at Home Depot where the service, attention and prices are better (even with the discount at Llano de la Torre). Bad choice to buy here :-(
