★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general bien, pero pedi un tubo galvanizado, me lo cobraron y cuando fui a recogerlo no lo tenían. Perdí casi una hora para que preguntarán si tenían el tubo en otra sucursal, por fin, una vez localizado, tuve que ir a recogerlo, lo que implicó gasto de combustible. Si desde un principio su sistema hubiera mostrado que no tenían el producto en existencia, me hubieran evitado perder tiempo y gastar gasolina. Ojalá actualicen su base de datos para evitar inconvenientes a los clientes.
Overall fine, but I asked for a galvanized tube, they charged me for it and when I went to pick it up they didn't have it. I lost almost an hour for them to ask if they had the tube in another branch, finally, once located, I had to go to pick it up, which involved cost of fuel. If their system had shown from the beginning that they did not have the product in stock, they would have saved me from wasting time and wasting gasoline. Hopefully they update their database to avoid inconvenience to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entregan material completo, el mismo repartidor te dice que falta material, cuando marcas a los numeros te dicen que el dia de la llamada te entregaran el material y no lo hacen, marcas y todos los dias es lo mismo.
Ojo entregan material incompleto
They don't deliver complete material, the same dealer tells you that material is missing, when you dial the numbers they tell you that the day of the call they will deliver the material and they don't, you dial and every day it's the same.
