Una semana para servicio de rutina lo hacen mal, me piden otra semana para que lleguen las refacciones, se me poncha una llanta porque las dejaran con mala presión en llantas, fuga de aceite y mal trabajado, 3 semanas más para entregarlo rayado!!!
Terrible service:
One week for routine service they do it wrong, they ask me for another week for the parts to arrive, I get a flat tire because they left them with bad tire pressure, oil leak and poorly worked, 3 more weeks to deliver it scratched!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio deplorable es el colmo que ya pasaron mas de 15 días desde el pago de mi vehículo y no lo entregan nadie sabe nada se pasan el problema de un departamento a otro gerencia no tiene la más mínima atención al cliente sacan los vehículos del concesionario por qué no se encuentran en la agencia y te quieren dar la vuelta que es por temas de mantenimiento en otro municipio es la peor agencia prémium que puede existir no en Nissan ni Chevrolet que son agencias de otra gama te hacen este tipo de cosas no recomiendo en lo más mínimo el servicio de star haus

Walk in fancy and you're treated like royalty but go on sweatpants and no one will offer you water without giving you the are you lost look. Waiting times are ridiculous sometimes so that would be a coin toss.
