★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita encargada Stepanhie Martínez me nego el servicio de envoltura de regalo, llegue a las 7:18 me informo que cerraban a las 7:50 y que no alcanzaba a envolverme cuando solo tenian un cliente le pregunte el motivo y me dijo que todavía tenia que recoger para cerrar y por tal motivo no podia darme el servicio, me regrese le pregunté su nombre y le dije que la iva a reportar ya que no se me hacia justo ya que tenian un horario de servicio y yo habia llegado a las 7:18, ojala y puedan hablar con el personal, mi nombre es Mariana Zúñiga y mi correo ea [email protected] para cualquier comentario, muchas gracias!!!!
