E	Erick Valencia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui hoy sábado a comprar papel China a este negocio de entrada precios muy elevados, segundo compre 3 tiras de plástico conmemorativa de día de muertos salí y mejor me decidí por papel china normal y el señor con sus actitud toda mamona me respondió que no se haceptaban cambios ni devoluciones solo por qué tiene pegados unos anuncios que solo él puede ver... Le mencioné que ni siquiera nota da y estoy casi seguro que en Profeco debe haber ley respecto a a los cambios y devoluciones que este señor por sus huevos no está cumpliendo, le dije que en la mayoría de negocios legales si no dan nota el producto e gratis ... Nuevamente respondió grosero y dijo que cuando viera el anuncio pegado en donde no lo viera lo haría .... No le costaba nada cambiar el producto no tenía ni un minuto el producto estaba bien pero de verdad que lamentable servicio al cliente. Aguas al comprar en este negocio que se forma fraudulento gracias a sus políticas sin sentido y sin claridad antes de comprar debéis decir ese detalle. No recomiendo comprar de ninguna manera en este lugar, pésima atención. suerte tuvo que le aventara el producto en su cara y no otra cosa.
