★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, incumplidos, compre el 15 de julio, quedaron de entregar en 17 de agosto y me entregaron 29 de agosto INCOMPLETO y en PESIMO estado, barniz del futbolito horrible, madera sin cepillar, repintado, herrajes oxidados, y hasta el día de hoy 6 de septiembre resolvieron hacer válida garantía pero yo tengo que pagar por ello y lo que quedo incompleto de la mesa de billar, al día de hoy no lo han complerado y solo se la pasan diciendo mañana te lo envío, lo que exiben no tiene nada que ver con lo que envían.¡¡¡¡ CUIDADO!!!
Lousy service, unfulfilled, I bought on July 15, they were delivered on August 17 and they delivered me August 29 INCOMPLETE and in PESIMO state, horrible little football varnish, unplaned wood, repainted, rusty ironworks, and to this day September 6 resolved to make a valid guarantee but I have to pay for it and what is left incomplete of the pool table, today they have not completed it and they only spend it saying tomorrow I send it to you, what they exhibit has nothing to do with what they send. CAREFUL !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actualización, responden que no tienen mi nombre registrado, porque la orden no está a mi nombre, sino de mi esposo. Como si eso cambiara la pésima experiencia.
No los recomiendo. El día que trajeron mi mesa acordaron llegar a las 10 am. Nos tuvieron esperando hasta las 9pm sin oportunidad de reagendar y terminaron de armar a la 1 am.
Posteriormente, por unas reparaciones, tuvimos que contratar un especialista para desarmarla y nos llevamos la sorpresa de que está hecha con las patas. Usan tornillos de distintos calibres a los requeridos, el paño estaba puesto sin tensar (en cualquier momento se iba a rasgar) y lo peor es que no fijaron las pizarras a la mesa, literalmente sin tornillos y podían moverse libremente. Faltaba atornillar piezas que no sé si por tiempo o por mal servicio no hicieron, pero era claro que en las partes no visibles estaba llena de orificios para tornillos que no usaron.
Nada de esto se habría notado y habríamos tenido una mesa defectuosa si alguien capacitado no lo hubiera revisado. No los recomiendo. Hay mucho mejores y más serios proveedores.
Update, they respond that they do not have my registered name, because the order is not in my name, but my husband's. As if that changed the lousy experience.
I do not recommend them. The day they brought my table they agreed to arrive at 10 am. They kept us waiting until 9pm with no opportunity to reschedule and finished setting up at 1am.
Later, for some repairs, we had to hire a specialist to disassemble it and we were surprised that it was made with the legs. They use screws of different calibers than those required, the cloth was put on without tension (at any moment it was going to tear) and the worst thing is that they did not fix the slates to the table, literally without screws and they could move freely. It was missing to screw parts that I do not know if due to time or poor service they did not do, but it was clear that in the non-visible parts it was full of holes for screws that they did not use.
None of this would have been noticed and we would have had a faulty table had it not been checked by someone trained. I do not recommend them. There are much better and more serious providers.

*.- La calidad del producto no es buena la calificaría en 6 de 10.
*.- Los tiempos de entrega fallaron en más de dos semanas.
*.- Me entregaron el producto incompleto, ofrecen el servicio de personalizarlo el cual contrate más no lo hicieron.
Días después de estar reclamando mandaron unos Viniles y me los dejaron para que yo los instale aún cuando uno como cliente no debería estar haciendo esta instalación decidí hacerlo por lo menos para tener mi futbolito como lo quería.
No los instale ya que ninguno tiene la medida correcta.
No compraría nuevamente algo con ellos, debí leer estas reseñas antes de comprar espero le sirva a alguno de ustedes.
I do not recommend them.
* .- The quality of the product is not good, I would rate it 6 out of 10.
* .- Delivery times failed in more than two weeks.
* .- They gave me the incomplete product, they offer the service of personalizing it which I hire more they did not.
Days after claiming they sent some Vinyls and they left them for me to install them even though one as a client should not be doing this installation, I decided to do it at least to have my football as I wanted.
Do not install them as none have the correct measurement.
I would not buy something with them again, I should have read these reviews before buying I hope it works for some of you.
