The waitress pours the sauce onto the dish making it a nice experience. Also the vibe is very cool with great decor and fun music. Highly recommend if you are missing Asian food while in Mexico. Warning: if you are vegetarian make sure they know because they put bone broth in some of the veg dishes so you need to tell them not to. Also it is a bit pricey compared to the rest of the restaurants in Tulum so if you are looking for something cheap this is not the place.

The pork dumplings are excellent, the sauce has depth and the dumplings are stuffed with stuwed pork. Flank steak rice bowl was good and for sure very filling. 90 pesos for a bottle of water is a rip-off if you ask me. Why 3 stars? I honestly think the place is pretty overpriced. It's not haute cuisine and we are still in Mexico. And would be handy to have proper lights in the toilets.

Exquisite Asian-Mexican food, unique drinks and the best service and people!!! If you go to Tulum or PDC you really need to visit MESTIXA you won’t regret it trust me!!!! ????

We tried almost every dish on the menu and everything was phenomenal! Coti, the manager, was very welcoming and passionate, she spent time explaining every dish in details, as well as gave us recommendations of authentic restaurants in Tulum. We loved the food, the vibe & interior too. Highly recommended and shouldn’t be missed if you are looking for genuine good food.
