★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy peligrosa y apretada. Se ve que quien diseña las estaciones y las rutas no viaja en metrobús. Hoy sufrí un accidente en la salida NORTE de esa estación: en lugar de reubicar el árbol que está en el cruce peatonal, le pusieron un simple sardinel. Di un paso hacia atrás y caí de espaldas, ya que tropecé con el sardinel de ese árbol y me lesione la espalda y la cadera. ¿Hay seguro de viajero? . Sugiero reubiquen ese árbol, ya que impide el libre tránsito peatonal y que el personal esté capacitado para atender un accidente como el que hoy sufrí.
 Very dangerous and tight. It is seen that whoever designs the stations and routes does not travel by metrobus. Today I suffered an accident at the NORTH exit of that station: instead of relocating the tree that is in the pedestrian crossing, they put a simple sardinel on it. I took a step back and fell on my back as I tripped over the sardinel from that tree and injured my back and hip. Is there travel insurance? . I suggest relocating that tree, since it prevents free pedestrian traffic and that the staff is trained to deal with an accident like the one I suffered today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubicación estratégica, entre la Glorieta de Insurgentes y Av. Reforma. A escasos pasos del Centro Comercial R222. Además puedes transbordar, sin costo extra, con la línea que viaja sobre reforma y viceversa. La estación es más pequeña que el promedio y el acceso sur es complicado, sin embargo en mi experiencia, no es tan concurrida. En general el servicio es bueno, lo recomiendo.
Strategic location, between the Glorieta de Insurgentes and Av. Reforma. A few steps from the R222 Shopping Center. You can also transfer, at no extra cost, with the line that travels on reform and vice versa. The station is smaller than average and the southern access is complicated, however in my experience, it is not so crowded. In general the service is good, I recommend it.

Very tight, you can not walk. By 10am it is not so full. Good view of some buildings on Reforma.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first, we didn't know how the machines work, then the guard was very kind and helped us with the machines. Even then, a tourist like me will find out that this place is basically like a gym. It is up to you to determine where the bus will stop. Even then, the buses will usually stop for just 5 seconds before closing its doors and leaving! I once remembered getting my foot stuck in the door.
If I was the CEO or something like that of this company, I would make this bus stop longer. Otherwise, I hope that you either can predict the future of where the bus will stop, or you and your party are very fast runners.
