★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un gimnasio accesible ($320 MXN al mes), cuenta con dos niveles con equipo para ejercitarse, está bien ubicado, tiene control de acceso mediante huella dactilar, abre a las 6 am, tiene espacios a doble altura, lo cual disminuye la sensación de calor, posee equipo para todos los grupos musculares, tiene baño en ambos niveles, la iluminación natural es buena pero la artificial si puede mejorar, en cuanto a discos si es deficiente pero se compensa con otros aparatos y en cuestión de coach (turno matutino) con gusto te ayuda en rutinas y dudas sobre ejercicios.
It is an accessible gym ($320 MXN per month), it has two levels with exercise equipment, it is well located, it has fingerprint access control, it opens at 6 am, it has double-height spaces, which reduces the feeling of heat, it has equipment for all muscle groups, it has a bathroom on both levels, natural lighting is good but artificial lighting can improve, in terms of disks if it is deficient but it is compensated with other devices and in terms of coach (morning shift) gladly helps you in routines and doubts about exercises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para entrenar, tiene muchas máquinas y pesas, no se llena mucho y aunque el lugar no es muy grande esta muy bien organizado.
Lo mejor del lugar definitivamente es el persona, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar.
Excellent place to train, it has many machines and weights, it does not get very crowded and although the place is not very big it is very well organized.
The best thing about the place is definitely the person, always friendly and willing to help.
