This is not an all inclusive hotel, for those that are looking to stay in one. But it's the most amazing hotel to be part of the local Mexican experience and feel like one. It's super clean, closed to everything, restaurants, events, supermarkets, the hotel zone, the port to go to Islas mujeres, has a underground parking, the top view from restaurant and pool PLEASE it's beautiful. Recommend this hotel 100%

DECEPTIVE The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. There is a penetrating stench overall that feels really unhygienic. People are washing their clothes next to the hotel, the only view are some decayed houses and old cars. At least the reception service was good, and it’s not their fault that the hotel is so bad.

Great for moving on to other places, as the ADO bus terminal is just a few steps away. If possible, choose a room that is not facing the roundabout, as it can be quite loud in the morning. Great pool and rooftop bar. Very clean. If you stay longer in Cancun, I'd recommend staying in the Zona Hotelera though to have easier beach access.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. 12/27/2021 update. I came in on a holiday weekend and noticed a construction site next to the hotel but didn't think much of it, until a regular work day Monday morning. There was a bit of back and forth, but ultimately they located me on the opposite wall. Wall. You can hear the jackhammers in the lobby when I was talking to the front desk on the on the phone. If you're staying during the week, be prepared for 8:00 AM wake up from the construction work next door. They're just working on the foundation next door, so if I were to guess, it'll probably be a couple of years before you can expect a quiet time at this location. I'll try and add photos before I leave.

This hotel is good if your room is on the inner side - terrible if your room is looking to the Main Street. The isolation is very very poor! The first night we had to sleep in the room looking to the main street, because of the traffic noise and construction noise and the weird smell of the detergent - we couldn’t sleep at all. However next days we moved to another room which was much better. Silent and cleaner. So I must thank you to the reception people, they helped us a lot with the move. Also they only give you one keycard for the room. If you ask another one, you need to pay 10 dollars (not even as a deposit) - that’s not a normal hotel behavior. The roof top was nice but the late night music is definitely disturbing. Why to put a bar on top of a hotel without isolation? The restaurant downstairs was okay - breakfast not good. It is walking distance from the Ado bus station, but hard to cross the road - no traffic lights. Overall, I don’t think I would stay there again.

If you are used to traveling in Mexico, the hotel is by all means nice. Super nice. It is not in a sketchy area at all, and you'd only think it is sketchy if your only experience in Mexico is the hotel zone in Cancun. It is walking distance to street food, souvenir stalls, and restaurants. It's close enough to the bus station that you can walk, but it isn't right next to it so you aren't immediately near all the bus station traffic. I didn't have any issue with hot water nor did I have an issue with noise from the top floor, and I was on the fourth floor. However, the big con is that I made the booking through booking dot com and paid through there, and then I was charged again at check in. Partly on me for not speaking up when I paid a second time (I thought I misremembered paying bc it was a last minute booking), but also on the hotel for double charging me. Reception noticed I double paid shortly after and said I'd be refunded within two weeks. That never happened. I reached out via email and got no response, and I have to dispute the charge with my bank now to get my refund :)

This hotel quickly accommodated me when I had to leave my original Airbnb reservation in the middle of my trip because of their inadequate service and property. The staff at this hotel were friendly and attentive throughout my stay which I found comforting since I was traveling alone over a holiday weekend. The hotel is big with a restaurant and private pool area. The room and bathroom was huge and modern which I enjoyed. It is also centrally located in the downtown area of Cancún. It is across from a huge intersection which is transited by most public buses heading to the hotel zone and other parts of the city. There are also many restaurants and bars in this area as well so you don’t have to go to the touristy hotel zone if you don’t want to. The only concern I would have is that there is a small community of people that are homeless living behind the hotel. You may encounter them as you arrive/exit the hotel. They are friendly and non threatening, I even talked to a couple of them as I gave them some things of mine I no longer wanted/needed. I don’t think the hotel can control this but it doesn’t seem to be a problem though.

Super. Super new urban hip room. This feels like a proper US resort hotel. And what I like the most is the staff are so authentic. If you don't speak Spanish, no problem but it's it's going to take you a little longer. Victoria and Florencia are the best
