★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor compañía de renta de carros en todo cancun. Horas para poder hacer el trámite y muchas letras chiquitas en el contrato, al final te sale más del doble de lo que anuncian, NO RENTEN CON Mex rent a a car (fraude y tranzas)
 The worst car rental company in all of Cancun. Hours to be able to do the paperwork and many small letters in the contract, in the end you get more than double what is advertised, DO NOT RENT WITH Mex rent a car (fraud and tricks)

We were waiting for almost 2 hours at their office with our reservation on hands and no one did show up to give us a car and we called to the company and they also didn’t give us a position. This was so disrespectful. I’ll never rent a car with this company and I’ll tell everyone to never get a rental car with Mex Rent a Car.
