Nos ayudaron por telefono y todo bien al final, pero perdimos 1 hora con Claudia. Terrible service from Claudia He wants to cheat us and commit fraud, sell insurance that we already paid for, make us make a deposit that does not correspond to the car. This is FRAUD. A	Alejandra Lecona on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado !! Tratarán de estafarte! Primero trataron de vendernos una cobertura que no necesitabamos por 8 mil pesos, luego oferta a 6, a 4!!! Cuando rechazamos nos dijeron que había que dejar un deposito en garantía por 50mil!! Afortunadamente alguien nos dijo que no era cierto, pedimos revisar las politicas por escrito y obvio no nos las dieron. Llamamos al corporativo y después de media hora nos confirmaron que el deposito era solo de 10,000! La mujer del mostrador nos trató de estafar! Watch out !! They will try to rip you off! First they tried to sell us coverage that we didn't need for 8 thousand pesos, then an offer at 6, at 4!!! When we refused they told us that we had to leave a security deposit for 50 thousand! Fortunately, someone told us that it was not true, we asked to review the policies in writing and obviously they did not give them to us. We called the corporate and after half an hour they confirmed that the deposit was only 10,000! The woman at the counter tried to rip us off!

What is the point of making reservations if you dont have the car anyways??!!! Will never book through you again!
