Amazing real estate company! John and Christie, long-time residents of Bucerias, are two honest Canadians that want to help you find your dream home. They know the market, the area, and the people here. You can trust that if you work with them, you will have spectacular service! (Disclaimer: they are my parents, but everything I wrote is still true!)

Elements failed to help us by advising us to have the title cleared first before signing a purchase contract, something we did not know as foreigners. With 17 years of Elements being in the real estate business, they should have advised us of this first step. It doesn't matter if you buy a home off of Facebook or from your neighbour, clearing a title is crucial before any purchase. If they had done this crucial first step that we realized later after locked in our contract, we would have been able to move on and actually buy a home from them. After 5 months of finally getting out if our contract (our decision as we found out via advice of our notary that we could get out of contract) and shortly before we moved away, we were at the same restaurant on the beach as Elements and they made no attempt to speak to us, they just bailed from the beach. Elements belittled us as our budget was small and they made it obvious that they had no time for us. Their time and $$$ is more precious than their clients. We learned many lessons and we eventually found the home of our dreams, in our budget, and with a realtor who passionately cares for their clients.

My wife and I were introduced to the Elements Team in December and the search for our Mexican home. John and Christie were awesome to deal with, honest, prompt and once they knew what we were searching for they found it. All aspects of our experience were exceptional! And what can we say about Shirley, she is simply amazing and informed! Highly recommend the team at Elements for your real estate needs in the bay!

We have known John and Christie for about 10 years. Have followed their real estate pages and watched them grow. About a year ago we decided to sell our beautiful home in Bucerias. My only thought was Element Realty so we spoke to them in the spring of 2019. John gave us some on-site on things we had to do to save before selling. So before we came back to Mexico in 2020 we had all ducks in a row. We listed our townhouse in January with Element Realty and things were rolling. We listed and one day , one showing and sold. Incredible! Everything worked out perfect for us and they guided us all the way through. Thank you so much for the experience and see you all soon.

Personal opinion; A realtor should be able to help you safely navigate any home purchase and a little bit of leg work in the beginning (like getting the title checked first before signing an offer, which we did not know at the time) would have saved all of us a lot of pain and possibly we would have bought another home through them. Having the title cleared first as well as putting standard contract language around breach of contract would have made this a much better experience. 1 star for being able to show a home remotely and for being tech savvy to process documents electronically.
