There has never been a problem with sending or receiving letters / parcels. The staff are very responsive and hardworking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fui a recoger mi paquete que llegó desde el sábado, el empleado que me atendió dijo que lo tenía el cartero que él lo llevaría a domicilio (cosa que nunca es así) regrese a casa y el cartero nunca llegó. Mi parece poco profesional que te hagan ir a la oficina en vano ?
Today I went to pick up my package that arrived from Saturday, the employee who answered me said he had the postman that he would take home (which is never the case) return home and the mailman never arrived. It seems unprofessional to make you go to the office in vain ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala, porque hoy primero de febrero del dos mil veinte, acudí a correos en Zitacuaro y no me llegó todo lo que me mandaron... son unos bandidos como es posible que habrán las cajas y sin ningún castigo se distraigan lo que con mucho esfuerzo mandan nuestras familias del extranjero.
