Horrible booked a private round trip service to playa del Carmen from airport to hotel. When we arrived in Cancun we had to wait an hour for pick up in the hot weather. Then the driver makes a random stop on the side of the highway for about 5 minutes. The day we needed pick up to go to the airport the bell boy at the hotel told us they haven't showed up yet so we waited for about 40 minutes to call them. the operator told me that they showed up but that we weren't there and marked us as a no show which is a complete lie because we were at the lobby about 5-10 early before our scheduled pick up time I even called the day before to confirm pick up time. I had to spend about an extra $65 for a taxi to get to the airport. I wish I could give them 0 stars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I strongly regret my decision to use this company. They provided us transport to the hotel initially, but scammed us on the return and forced us to overpay to be able to make it to the airport for our return flights. We were charged multiple times for transports that did not pick us up. Company refuses to assist when you call for help - once they have your money you are on your own, whether they bring you to the airport or not.

This is a terrible company. We hired them for a meet and greet at Cancun airport. They were about an hour late on pickup and 15 minutes late to bring us back to the airport. The worst part is they dropped us off at the wrong terminal!!!! How does that happen!? They left us there so I was running around the airport to withdrawal pesos to taxi to the right terminal. We barely made our flight and it was one of the most stressful days of my life. What a terrible way to finish our honeymoon. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Our guy didn't show up at the airport and just passed us off to a cab. We were billed 3 times the normal amount for an airport transfer to our hotel. At the end of the trip we discoved, even though our paperwork had instructions for a return to the airport, it was a one way pass only! Our 4 hour snorkeling trip through them lasted exactly 2 hours. The Jeep they rented us sounded like it was going to fall apart at any minute. It had no side windows, headlights, and only one working windshield wiper. This is a terrible unethical company!!!

I usually don’t leave reviews but this was one of the worst experiences of my life. We did a sailing activity and on the way back they put us on the wrong bus. They whole day was sort of disorganized and chaos. Long story short we were on a bus for about 5 hours instead of a 20 min ride back to the hotel. They gave us half a refund but small price to pay for missing our non refundable dinner at the hotel on Valentine’s Day because they were unorganized. Never again will I book anything from them.

Do not use this company. I booked them through Expedia, and I couldn't be more disappointed. They had our flight number for nothing...our flight was a little delayed, and they didn't wait for us at the airport...just left us there. I booked a private van, since I was with small kids and elderlies but they left us because we were a few minutes late. So we had to wait for an hour for another private car/van. Then for tours at the hotel, their agent booked us on a different park that we requested, if that was not enough, the driver showed up without car seats, which was what they promised us. After they left us at the amusement park in the morning, they were supposed to come back late at night to pick us up. We left our show earlier to be at the gates on time, but they never showed up!!! We were waiting late at night for over an hour and nobody call us to let us know that the driver was not coming... and the office was closed. I had small kids and my elderly parents with me...my daughter is special needs and she was crying the whole time. All the extra money I paid for a private car was to avoid all that...so we could go back at the hotel on the right time. We had to grab a taxi because they just didn't come!!!!! Let's talk about the car & vans...they are so old that they don't have the proper seat belt hooks for the kids car seats. Definitely, I don't recommend this company to anyone!

I had a similar experience to P Ivery. Pick up from the airport was great. Easy. However, the driver was provided with the wrong hotel information. I showed him the correct information after we drove to the wrong hotel and he was able to drop me off at the correct hotel. I was not able to get return transportation to the airport although I had paid for a round trip. First, their pick up time to return me to the airport was inadequate. My return flight was at 6:45 am. They had arranged pick up at 7:15 am. Second, the hotel listed for pick up was incorrect. I responded to the email confirmation I received 3 times with the correct information and received no response that my reservation had been updated. So, I called the number provided. I was able to reach someone. They looked up the flight number I provided with my original reservation and realized that the 7:15 am pick up would not work. Not sure why they did not look up the flight using the flight number from the beginning. Regardless, they updated the pick up time accordingly once they saw the error. During the call, I also provided the correct hotel information. Done. I did receive an updated confirmation with the correct pick up time. However, the hotel was still incorrect. This may have been why I was not picked up from my hotel to go to the airport. My recommendation is to go with a transportation company that has either 24 hour customer service or will at least give you the number of the driver so you can contact them should there be any issues. If booking through Expedia try to see if it's possible to go with a different company. Note: They will not provide full or partial refunds even if it is a mistake on their part.

I booked the service through Executive Services and received a confirmation email that was lacking in adequate information to properly inform me about my pick up at the airport. I spent over an hour trying to locate them. When I finally did, I was told that I would be sent an email regarding pickup from the resort back to the airport. I never received an email. I tried calling as we were waiting to be picked up, but no one answered. An employee of the hotel was finally able to reach someone who confirmed the pickup and we arrived at the airport 2 hours before our international flight time. The lack of communication and follow through with the promised email made for a stressful beginning and end of our vacation. However, the vans were nice and the driver who transported us to the airport was very nice and got us there quickly.
