We did a transfer and then a full-day tour to Río Lagartos, Las Coloradas, and Ek Balam. Our guide, José Un, was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. He speaks five languages! The tour was well-organized. We saw pelicans, storks, cormorants, a crocodile (up close!), and flamingos (from a distance - bring binoculars). The lunch was delicious; drinks were extra. Ek Balam was fascinating, even in the afternoon heat. One suggestion would be to drop the Los Coloradas and visit the cenote at Ek Balam.

If I could give 6 Stars, I would. We had an amazing day visiting Chichen Itza, Izamal and the Yokdzonot cenote. Our guide, Gilberto was wonderful. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of great stories about the places we visited, but adding his personal touch as a native son of the Yucatan. If you take a tour to Chichen Itza, you'd be a fool not to go with this company and request Gilberto as your guide.

We went on a full day tour to Rio Lagartos and Ek balam. The tour was very nice and our guide Gilberto was awesome. We also went on a half day tour to Chichen Itza and a cenote which was nice but not as nice as the other trip. Our guide Jose was very nice though. Generally no problems with the company and only friendly people

Full day tour. Gilberto is amazing. Knowledgeable, passionate and proud of his Mayan history. Seriously this was the best day ever!! Chichen Itza was on my bucket list and I have watched lots of documentaries on the place but Gilberto brought it to life! The cenote and meal at Yokdzonot was amazing and visiting Izamal and climbing the temple was a beautiful and unexpected delight. Do your self a favour and DO THIS TOUR ♥️

We took the Rio Lagartos tour. We had a great experience with our guide, Gilberto. We saw many types of birds and even some crocodiles. I would recommend this tour. My only comment would be that it is rather expensive side.

We took the Archeologia Tour and Gilberto was an amazing tour guide. He made the trip very enjoyable with his charismatic personality and was informative throughout the tour. We are definitely going to book again in the future!

We booked a day tour including Rio Lagartos, Las Coloradas and Xcanche Cenote and we had a great time! Our guide Gilberto was a really nice, funny and knowledgeable guy. We saw crocodiles and got close to the fascinating pink flamingos. For lunch we went to a restaurant where we had a hearty meal and we only had to pay for the drinks. We also visited a pond a bit off the track which is home to two crocs - we got some really cool close-up shots! Las Coloradas was okay, but nothing special in our opinion. Swimming in the cenote was refreshing and perfect to end the day. We highly recommend this tour. Thanks, Gilberto!

We took the Rio Lagartos, Las Coloradas, and Ek Balam Tour with Mexigo. It was awesome! All of the communication with them before even traveling was easy and informative. The tour ended up just being the two of us, which made it even more special. Our guide was very nice and had tons of great information to share, not to mention being able to speak 5 languages including Mayan. Rio Lagartos is cute and beautiful birds. Our boat ride was amazing as was our driver. We saw flamingos, tons of other beautiful birds, and even a crocodile. We played in the white mud, ate a nice lunch, saw the beautiful pink pools of salt, and then explored the incredible ruins of Ek Balam. We even stopped at a tequilaria on the way back to Valladolid. I would highly recommend the tour and the company. It was an extraordinary day!
