Meze - 77780 Tulum

We tried many restaurants in Tulum and this one is by far the best! Everything is delicious and the portions are huge. Great selection of wines. We especially loved the grilled octopus, pork ribs and salt baked fish (the last one is quiet a show). For dessert I recommend to try the (to die for) cheesecake and their homemade icecreams. The music and total atmosphere is perfect, its beautiful and very relaxing. Service was great every time. The prices are decent and fair for what you get.

The food was fantastic, we had the eggplant spread, pita bread, cucumbers, Greek salad, potatoes, beef ribs, Mexican white wine, and everything tasted fantastic. The ambiance was fantastic. Lots of candles, copar smoke, the restaurant was so beautiful at night we really enjoyed the environment. Extremely fast and friendly service. Our host Franco was very nice.

Amazing atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service! It was a great experience, the food was good, the exotic drinks and the service couldn't be better! Thanks to our server Fernando. He was very knowledgeable about all the exotic drinks and different menu options. Ask for Fernando to make this experience so enjoyable!

Beautiful restaurant with a very upscale menu. I had the chicken, string beans, and potatoes which were all amazing. The staff was very attentive as multiple people would grab dishes and refresh drinks if they saw a need. This only downside for me was the music was so loud it was hard to talk to my gf who was 6 inches away, and it seemed multiple people were having the same issue as we looked around.

Best drinks in Tulum beach area. Creative and super fresh. Definitely better then Rosa negra, taboo, and bagatelle. Really cool tunnel takes you into the back area where the bar and seats are. Very cool and chill atmosphere. Great spot for photos and unwinding away from the beach club pounding speakers.Prices are the same as all of Tulum beach. Saw some reviews that didn't make sense cause they kept saying it was expensive but it's literally the same cost everywhere in the beach district. The mezcal passion fruit drink was so f-ing good! And the ziki cocktail was super fresh and light, cucumber base, and perfect for the heat. Mike was a great bartender!

This place is overpriced (Manhattan price). the food quality does not reflect the price. You are basically paying for the atmosphere and the instagrammable photos.

I really wanted to love this place but I just couldn’t. The place in itself is great really nice mediterranean styling. The menu was overpriced as expected however it really felt they were miserly with things, the Mezes were really small and only came with 2 pieces of pita, the cocktails were also small and taste was not great, particularly for $300MXN each. Sadly we came out feeling generally unsatisfied.

Ambiance is gorgeous. Overpriced — and this is coming from someone who lives in San Francisco and knows the price of a great meal. The cocktails were nice but again overpriced for what they were. Service was good minus the waiter telling me over and over again I was ordering too much for one person. The first couple times made sense- he didn’t want me to be annoyed at the amount of food. 1. We’re in the year 2021, don’t tell women how much to eat. 2. Don’t tell me not to get the cheesecake dessert bc it’s too heavy. Mind your business and understand that if I’m here I can afford to not eat my entire meal if I choose not to do so. I’ll still say the waiter was nice once I ignored how annoying he was with those comments. His entree recommendation was mediocre but the octopus is to die for and so is the cheesecake.
