★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No customer service whatsoever. No smiles, no "thank you"s. No friendliness or customer service skills taught to employees. This is #1 most important thing. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I hate to go there but sometimes I have to, and it is never pleasant. They also only run one or two registers no matter how busy they are and let the lines back up half way across the store. Once i had to check my bag at the counter in front. I dropped the tag they gave me while shopping, the same lady who gave me the tag and took my bag refused to return my bag to me and made me go searching around the store for the little plastic tag she was so rude I was in tears. Thank God I found it after looking all over. She remembered me, and knew it was mine. She just wanted to give me a hard time.

needed...next time I will take a couple pictures to prove my point.
