R	Ramon Leenders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good burritos and eco friendly wrapped in banana leafs. They offered different level spices to use and you could add in extra cheese or others additions. I didn't really need any sauce for my chorrizo burrito since it was pretty oily/fat. The chicken one did need some sauce since it was a bit more dry. The waiter there is really friendly and the food truck and the changing lights at the toilets are a cool gimmick. Food came pretty quick too. Prices were about 140 pesos each (depending on choice and eventual extras) and matches the quality (they were pretty big).

They cook with love and they pay attention to the sustainability, they use banana leaves to envelop the burrito to not create more waste. There are also vegan and vegetarian options! That’s amazing! If you visit bacalar you should definitely stop by
A	Agata Majka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best burrito ever! Super soft tortilla, I recommend trying burrito with Spanish chorizo, it’s different to what I’m used to. Chicken and vegetarian are also were tasty. I went back the next day to try more! The service is excellent, they pay so much attention, walk you through the menu, give you a little training on the salsas:) and are super friendly and funny too :) and the salsas are something! Every bite of your burrito can taste differently depending what salsa you add. Also they wrap the burritos in banana leaves to save the planet! Amazing!

Both me and my husband come from the land of the best burritos, and these ones have definitely exceeded our expectations. Their tortillas are SO soft and have an excellent flavor, just as the ones we have in northern Mexico. I recommend that you take a bite of your burrito without the salsas first so that you can enjoy the party that will take place in your mouth. Then go ahead and try it with their salsas, and that party will most certainly go to the next level. The experience wouldn’t have been as awesome if it wasn’t for the staff. Their customer service is one of the best we’ve ever experienced! Mi Burrito Bacalar is definitely a MUST when you find yourself in this magical town.

Yes the price is a little higher than some local stands, but it's so worth it, with the ambience and the local sourced ingredients.

The environment is also really nice with the food truck sitting next to the tables. Please go here if you are in Bacalar, you would not want to miss this! Price wise it's well priced for the quality.

You already read that they have the most amazing burritos, the taste is amazing and they are making their own 6 sauces of different spiciness which make their burritos even better. We ate here 3 times out of our 4 days in Bacalar. And you wanna know the real stars of the show? The great people working and owning the place. Please come and have the best time. Thank you!

The shrimp burrito was somewhat lighter and the flavors paired nicely with corn and black beans. I split both burritos with a friend and we really enjoyed everything. We went a total of three times while in Bacalar and I will definitely return next time. Owners Jorge and Natalia are very friendly and helpful. It's not a surprise they frequently sell out of everything. We recommended this place to all our friends in Bacalar. Try to go early. Highly recommended.
