Durante el viaje todo fue excelente, las reservas estaban justo como las solicitamos, la atención y las bienvenidas excelentes, las amenidades para el festejo de los cumpleaños perfectas.
Literal solo fuimos y nos preocupamos por divertirnos, de todo lo demás se encargó mi destino perfecto.
En tiempos en los que es difícil confiar en una agencia de viajes, está es una muy buena opción
I booked a trip to Cancun with My Perfect Destination and the attention from corporate as a follow-up to my trip was excellent, all the time they were attentive to every detail.

Tuvimos un inconveniente con los vuelos de regreso de Cancún con la aerolínea Volaris, nuestro vuelo estaba programado a las 9 de la noche y cuando intentamos hacer el check-in horas antes de abordar no nos permitía realizarlo al contactar a la agencia nos mencionaron que era porque ese vuelo ya había salido a las dos de la mañana de la noche anterior sin que notificaran sin embargo la agencia en todo momento nos apoyo y nos respaldo, nos consiguieron los vuelos de regreso sin ningún cargo extra sin duda alguna serán nuestros aliados en nuestros viajes próximos.

We had a problem with the return flights from Cancun with the Volaris airline, our flight was scheduled at 9 at night and when we tried to check-in hours before boarding they did not allow us to do it when contacting the agency they mentioned that it was Because that flight had already departed at two in the morning the night before without being notified, however, the agency supported us and backed us at all times, they got us the return flights without any extra charge, without a doubt they will be our allies in our upcoming trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming from Chicago area booked my trip through this agency I found online. Eduardo was very responsive and easy to work with. Lots of good tips for traveling in Mexico! He recommended a great resort and my girlfriend and I had a great time. Will definitely be using him again in the future.
Hotel Xcaret was beautiful. The suite was perfect with an ocean view. In October 2020, we felt perfectly safe from covid with all of the sanitation measures in place. Better than most of the US. The resort really paid attention to detail and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The all inclusive package was great with entrance to all of the parks. The Xenotes tour was our favorite. The scenery and nature all around the Xcaret resort and parks was really great. I cannot wait to go back!!
