Personal muy amable. A place at low cost, 1,000 MX for two nights, hot water, WiFi, air conditioning, no noise, close to shops and restaurants, close to a lot of transportation and the ADO terminal. Very friendly staff
J	Julio Montejo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es económico, limpio y con buena atención, hay que decir que muchas veces esta saturado y no hay habitaciones disponibles pero de manera general es un lugar recomendado si tienen poco presupuesto... otro dato útil es que esta cerca de la central de autobús ADO y de centros comerciales. No olviden dejar su Like si les sirvió esta info. The place is economical, clean and with good attention, it must be said that many times it is saturated and there are no rooms available but generally it is a recommended place if you have little budget ... another useful fact is that it is close to the central ADO bus and shopping centers. Personale disponibile Not luxurious but given the decent location. Very close to the ADO station (central bus station with many connections in the major neighboring cities). Helpful staff

Eres preso del animo del recepcionistas, le molesta que lo despiertes para que te abra la puerta, te interroga para saber a donde vas y a que hora regresas (para no despertarlo al llegar) no hay agua caliente (pero al rentar la habitación te dice que si hay) no hay wifi, hay cucarachas, y el baño huele terrible. You can not go out! You are a prisoner of the receptionist's mood, he is bothered when you wake him up to open the door for you, he interrogates you to know where you are going and what time you return (so as not to wake him up when you arrive) there is no hot water (but when you rent the room he tells you that if there is) no wifi, there are roaches, and the bathroom smells terrible.

I returned at 2300 11pm for sleep Mexican guests were drinking alcohol and yelling screaming laughing TV was very loud. I complained to manager sorry was the response, this continues to 0430 4.30am manager did nothing and guests were now fighting and yelling drunk intoxicated. Didnot tell them to leave hotel. Didnot call police. Did nothing. Asked for refund no no no.. DO NOT STAY HERE MANAGEMENT DO NOT CARE FOR GUESTS This is very poor tourism ...... I left cancun after 2 hour's of sleep. Cheers
