M	Madlen Eggenschwiler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr schönes und ruhiges Hotel. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Zum Frühstück gibt es wie in den meisten mexikanischen Hotels Früchte mit etwas Jogurt. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb der Stadt aber das störte uns nicht weil wir mit dem Mietauto unterwegs waren. Achtung der Eingang/Zufahrt ist leicht zu übersehen. Dafür ist der Zugang zur Laguune traumhaft es gibt Hängematten und Kajaks kostenlos zum benutzen. A very nice and quiet hotel. The staff was very accommodating. For breakfast, as in most Mexican hotels, there is fruit with some yoghurt. The location is a bit out of town but that didn't bother us because we were traveling by rental car. Attention, the entrance/driveway is easy to miss. But the access to the lagoon is fantastic, there are hammocks and kayaks to use free of charge.
D	David Andrade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un excelente lugar para ir a descansar. Retirado del centro pero en la recepción puedes pedir un taxi y son muy puntuales. Puedes usar kayaks gratis. Tienen poca variedad de comida pero muy rica. La atención del personal es estupenda, son muy amigables. Un lugar muy tranquilo, tienen aire acondicionado y te resuelven prácticamente todos los problemas. Además tienen recomendaciones de tours y masajes. An excellent place to go to rest. Away from the center but at the reception you can order a taxi and they are very punctual. You can use kayaks for free. They have little variety of food but very rich. The attention of the staff is great, they are very friendly. A very quiet place, they have air conditioning and they solve practically all your problems. They also have recommendations for tours and massages.

A pesar de que no hay mucha variedad en los platillos son muy ricos y el hospedaje incluye un desayuno continental. Habitaciones limpias al igual que las instalaciones, solo haría falta un frigobar, pero en realidad tiene todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Muchas felicidades !!! A wonderful place to rest, very attentive staff and Vanesa always aware of our stay. Although there is not much variety in the dishes, they are very rich and the lodging includes a continental breakfast. Clean rooms as well as the facilities, only a minibar would be needed, but in reality it has everything you need to feel at home. Congratulations !!!

El velador es muy servicial y el personal del comedor dancel mejor servicio. El muelle, las hamacas y la vista a la laguna son excepcionales. It is a great place to unwind. The manager is always aware and attentive to the reception area. The watchman is very helpful and the dining room staff dance the best service. The dock, the hammocks and the view of the lagoon are exceptional.
D	Daniel B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très beau hôtel dans la région de Bacalar. Il faut 5 minutes de voiture pour relier le centre ville ou prendre un taxi. L'hôtel dispose d'un restaurant, d'une piscine et d'un accès privé au lagon avec des kayaks, paddle hamac. Merveilleux. Pour revenir au restaurant, le petit-déjeuner est vraiment très/trop classiques. Les œufs sont en supplément et non compris dans le déjeuner !? Le dîner est vraiment savoureux, par contre le service laisse à désirer. 30 minutes pour deux plats alors que nous sommes les seuls, on doit répéter plusieurs fois la commande. Le chef qui fume devant les clients. Incompréhensible pour un 4 étoiles. C'était le seul bémol de notre séjour. Sinon les chambres sont grandes, propres avec un style en bois. On se sent vraiment dans la nature. L'accès à l'hôtel est sécurisé, on ne manque de rien ! Je recommande Very nice hotel in the Bacalar area. It takes 5 minutes by car to connect the city center or take a taxi. The hotel has a restaurant, a swimming pool and private access to the lagoon with kayaks, paddle hammock. Marvellous. To come back to the restaurant, the breakfast is really very/too classic. Eggs are extra and not included in the lunch!? The dinner is really tasty, but the service leaves something to be desired. 30 minutes for two dishes when we are the only ones, we have to repeat the order several times. The chef who smokes in front of the customers. Incomprehensible for a 4 star. This was the only downside to our stay. Otherwise the rooms are large, clean with a wooden style. You really feel in nature. Access to the hotel is secure, you don't miss anything! I recommend
P	Piotr Strączyński on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sensational, small hotel located north of the center of Bacalar. The hotel is new, very clean, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. There is a restaurant serving very good meals. The hotel also has direct access to the lake and free canoes. The service is very nice and you can feel at home here. We highly recommend .

Excellent complimentary light breakfast (coffee, juice, fruits, toast). Very friendly and helpful staff. A lot of birds to watch on the property, kayak, paddle available.
