★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a total scam - bait and switch. Tequila tastes is not tequila you take home. They provide several bottles pre-opened for the tasting. Once you agree to purchase, they sell you pre-wrapped bottles for transport. Once you get home the tequila from your purchased bottles taste NOTHING like what was at the tasting! Total Scam!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have just left my vacation from Cozumel and I Purchased Regalo De Dios Anejo tequila and the reposado. I purchased this tequila because of the tastings I was able to try, the samples were very delicious but now I am home and opened what I purchased this tastes nothing like what I was able to sample. It is completely different from what I sample and agreed to buy. It is bottom shelf liqour they actually fill the bottles with, it is very horrible and almost undrinkable neat! I tried to email the company and the email is not active! This was a total scam do not trust the company with your time or money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What we tasted wasn't the same as we bought. I am assuming that they actually poured the same tequila in the bottle a little bit more than 3 quarters of the way and then filled the rest with water or food coloring, or it's the same tequila but they used a plastic cork that doesn't preserve the taste as well to save money. I noticed when I was tasting that it had a wood cork like it should and that's why I bought it. When I got back home to Florida, I popped the cork and it didn't smell the same and the cork was plastic so it could Be that it sat in a warehouse for a long time with a plastic cork. I still mixed it with premixed Margaritas and it didn't taste better or worse but made it just a little stronger but didn't give it more tequila taste like I wanted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did this brief tour of how tequila is made. I actually learned about the differ types of tequila and what they are used for. Our tour guide “Roberto” was very friendly and knowledgeable. We sampled the different varieties of tequilas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tour seems great, the tasting is great but sadly what you purchased tastes nothing like what you will take home. I would recommend avoiding this place all together. Hopefully enough awareness about this dishonesty will save people their hard earned money or go somewhere where you actually get what you paid for.
