★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala, compramos unos zapatos, a los 15 días se abrieron de la suela (no están cocidos), regresamos a la tienda y el vendedor nos dijo que se los dejáramos para que los arreglaron, hasta ahí va bien, regresamos a los 10 días que nos pidió para la reparación, y resulta que los repararon sólo de un lado, del otro lado del zapato seguían abiertos!!! Le comentamos al vendedor y su respuesta fue: Llevenselos y regresan en unos días a ver sí te los cambian por otros. O déjenlos para que los reparen pero tienen que esperar otros 10 días.
La respuesta del vendedor no fue la mejor. ¿Cómo nos los vamos a llevar rotos? O ¿Cómo que regresen después a ver si se los cambian por otros?
Cuando los compramos 15 días atrás de dejarlos para reparación, pagamos 1700 pesos por los zapatos, que a los 15 días se abrieron de la suela, me los regresan mal pegados y la respuesta del vendedor fue poco lógica y profesional.
Que se puede esperar ahora?

The seller's response was not the best. How are we going to take them broken? Or how do they come back later to see if they are exchanged for others?
