The experience I had in this place was somewhat bittersweet, in terms of knowledge, cleaning of the workshop, the order they have, the tools they have and the work done created that it is very good and recommended. The biggest problem this place has is administrative, for example they have promotions advertised on various electronic platforms, but when you go and tell them that you want to make one effective, they do not know them or they make it valid for you that is to say no quite as advertised. Second, they summoned me on one occasion at 8:30 am, but it turns out that they started checking my car a little over an hour after the appointment, because they were already working with other cars. Another situation that I did not like, is that when you do not have an appointment and you arrive at the workshop, as they regularly already have cars in front of them and for example they tell you that they will attend you in about two hours, well they give you the option to go later, But they don't tell you that when you leave and come back, they won't respect your shift, and if more people arrive during the time you left, it may be that you won't be able to have your car checked or fixed that day. Finally, when entering the car, if the technician finds something in bad condition, they tell you about the problem at the foot of the "machine", and they cancel the service telling you that they will not be able to move forward until you fix what they detected.

The nitro service for the tires is becoming expensive, last year it cost me $200.00 for the 4, now they cost twice as much, not even for being a customer, but good.

Pity of tires, I had always bought the four complete tires for years here, but this year for excuses they do not make valid the guarantees that they sell when you buy cash. It is a pity that they deceive people in this way by staining the Michelin brand. I hope the brand evaluates the distribution to this chain.
