The service is excellent. A	Aby Flores on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde hace años, he llevado mis vehículos ahí para servicio. Nunca había tenido problemas. Al contrario, todo me parecía excelente en atención, servicio y precio. Pero, esta semana, lleve mi coche a afinación y limpieza y ajuste de balatas traseras (que ya les urgía, porque tenia un par de meses rechinando mucho). Mi vehículo lo recibieron a las 8:30 am. Para las 10 am aproximadamente me marcaron para decirme que se necesitaba hacer en mi auto y que cosas autorizaba. A la 1:00 pm. Me marcaron para decirme que podía recoger mi coche. Me subí y en mi primer frenada, rechino. Y así todo el camino a casa. Llegué y pues vi que no limpiaron el coche, atrás estaba igual de sucio como lo dejé. Que eso es lo de menos. Inmediatamente marqué a Midas, y quien me contestó me dijo que llevara el coche para que en mi presencia viera que si se limpiaron y ajustaron las balatas y que si las mías rechinaban, era por el material del que estaban hechas. Lleve el auto y primero, el mecánico lo probó y verifico como rechinaba. Quitaron todo y me dicen que, tal vez era una piedra que se metió a la balata. Le dije: salí de aquí y luego luego en mi primer frenada rechino, no recorrí ni 5 metros. Y pues ya en mi presencia limpiaron y ajustaron. Ya no rechinaron. Todo esto, me hace dudar de que realmente les hagan los ajustes y reparaciones a los coches. Te cobran y tú creyendo que todo está bien. Estoy muy molesta y decepcionada. Take the car and first, the mechanic tried it and verified how it squeaked. They removed everything and told me that maybe it was a stone that got into the lining. I told him: I got out of here and then on my first grinding brake, I didn't go even 5 meters. And then in my presence they cleaned and adjusted. They no longer screeched. All this makes me doubt that they really do the adjustments and repairs to the cars. They charge you and you believing that everything is fine. I am very upset and disappointed.
P	Pats Flores on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es buen servicio pero es muy limitado. Todo tiene un costo extra y si quieres un buen mantenimiento si terminas pagando 5000 pesos o un poco mas. Aun así mas barato que agencias y otros servicios de autos. It is good service but it is very limited. Everything has an extra cost and if you want a good maintenance if you end up paying 5000 pesos or a little more. Still cheaper than agencies and other car services.
