R	Rafael Báez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son una basura, compre un par de llantas y en lo que me encontraba proporcionando mis datos de factura, mi auto ya lo habían subido para trabajarlo, pero al mismo tiempo le estaban rompiendo los bujes de horquilla y solo les dio tiempo de arrancar un cubre polvo de amortiguador. En cuanto me acerqué me reportaron lo q ya me habían dañado. Si hubiera tenido desde hace tiempo roto el cubre polvo del amortiguador se hubiera encontrado sucio enlodado por la época de lluvias. Anexo foto de como me lo mostraron limpio. No vayan a ese lugar seguramente los mecánicos ganan por comisión de lo que se factura y es por eso que te dañan otras áreas con tal de ganar más. Lleve mi auto solo para alineación y balanceó me ofrecieron llantas de oferta y les aclaré que mis llantas eran nuevas, acudí a caja a pagar la alineación y resulta que unas de las llantas estaba con un tremendo golpe que le sacó una especie de chipote. Estos patanes se negaron a reconocer que lo habían hecho para venderme la llanta. Obviamente no les compre nada. Tengan cuidado. Terrible place, they behave like criminals. j	jose dario gonzalez fonseca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pésima atención en cuanto a garantías. lleve mi carro por alineación y balanceo de esto no hay queja, me dijeron que se tenían cambiar lo frenos, lo cual accedí. pero 15 días después no pudieron hacer valida la garantía argumentando cosas diferentes y no es un trabajo que hagan ellos, si no subcontratan y te tienes que "entender" con su proveedor.
