Excellent location on 5th Avenue, Playa del Carmen, beautiful facilities, a lot of security, parking, the rooms have all the amenities such as their own bathroom, SmartTV, minibar, microwave, coffee maker (includes coffee, filters, sugar and cream), the finishes of the room are luxury and the best at a super price, highly recommended, we were delighted, we will definitely return ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came with my two small kids 5 & 6 and I decided to rent this place out for one month and relax , go to the beach , and do online school with the kids. I love how easy it was to Check In. Everything was pretty easy ( you have a key pad to enter the condo ) so nice ! The entire unit was amazing from the rooms to the bathrooms and living space and kitchen area. I cooked everyday and there was all the essentials. I went to Walmart and got all my groceries! There are a few local places down the street and I stared going there as well. Everything is close ! You don’t need a car ! I rented one twice because we went to Bacalar and Tulum and some Cenotes that where far and with COVID I wanted my privacy ! The parking garage is safe ! They elevator is a plus ! Everyone here is amazing ! Janet is the manager she is helpful and always the perfect person to ask for delivery for food . All the security guards / front desk are helpful and make you feel safe and welcomed ! There are security cameras everywhere and this is one of the reasons I chose this place ! Safely is first with kids ! The pool is nice ! The housekeeping is fantastic! I always did my part but it was so nice when they came in ! Sarah and Rosie helped me all the time ! Jared was always easy to get a hold of for any questions or concern ! I was caught in Hurricane Zetta and this place was safe for us ! I’m glad we survived ❤️ please stay here you will love it ! We also used the grill and it was delicious
