QUISIERA QUE ALGUIEN PUDIERA AYUDARME CON ESTA SITUACION, YA QUE CONSIDERO QUE LA CALIDAD DEL SERVICIO PRESTADO POR ESA AGENCIA DEBE DE ESTAR DE ACUERDO CON LOS VEHICULOS QUE VENDE, COSA QUE NO ESTAN HACIENDO.  TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: I USE THIS MEDIA FOR NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO, ON JANUARY 31 I BUYED A MINI THAT WAS DELIVERED UNTIL THE 15TH OF FEBRUARY, WITHOUT AN INVOICE WITHOUT DOCUMENTS, WHICH WAS DELIVERED UNTIL THE 17TH OF THE SAME MONTH. GPS SYSTEM, SAME AS OF DATE, THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ATTEND ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM, BETWEEN THE SELLER OF NAME LUCERO DEL BOSQUE AND THE SALES MANAGER OF NAME VICTOR, THEY HAVE BEEN GIVING ME LONG, THEY DO NOT GIVE ME THE PHONE YOU ARE VERY BUSY THAT YOU CANNOT ATTEND ME, ETC. I WANT SOMEONE COULD HELP ME WITH THIS SITUATION, SINCE I CONSIDER THAT THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THAT AGENCY MUST BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE VEHICLES THAT IT SELLS, WHICH THEY ARE NOT DOING. a dar servicio en este agencia de mini
tube fuga de aceite me tardaron de areglar no 3-4 dias como comnentaron
2.5 semanas. Cuando me entregaron coche ellos olvidaron poner liquido de refrgirante mi coche caliento en camino 5 km de agencia.
Aparte yo pedí un parte y page 100% me comentaron que va a avisar cuando llega parte , nunca me avisaron .
Por fin en 12 meses me entregaron este parte pero confundieron lado , ok yo pedí devolver dinero espere 1 hr cuando assesor busco formato de devolución.
Paso 2 semana no devolveron dinero nada sabe nada , debo que hacer otra vuelta
Siempre lento servicio nada sabe nada .

I had an oil leak, it took me to fix it not 3-4 days as they commenced
2.5 weeks. When they gave me a car they forgot to add coolant to my hot car on the way 5 km from the agency.
Besides, I asked for a part and paid 100%, they told me that they will notify me when part arrives, they never let me know.
Finally, in 12 months, they gave me this part but they confused the side, ok I asked to return money, wait 1 hr when the consultant looked for a return format.
Step 2 week they did not return money nothing knows anything, I have to make another return
Always slow service nothing knows anything.

Pero No se confíen de que atienden su auto, presionen a los asesores porque, en lo personal, pienso que programan más citas de las que pueden atender y un simple cambio de aceite tarda 2 días, o simplemente tardan más de 60 minutos en recibirte el auto (aun y que llegues 15 minutos antes de tu cita)
They repair well. But do not trust that they take care of your car, pressure the advisors because, personally, I think they schedule more appointments than they can attend and a simple oil change takes 2 days, or it simply takes more than 60 minutes to receive the car (even if you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención, pero en específico té piden 50 mil pesos de apartado, cuando en cualquier otra mini como la de cumbres no son ventajosos y solo es de 5 mil pesos el apartado y aquí no cubran con mucho stock
