Solicite el reembolso por un pago realizdo vía internet de una multa de transito, te dicen que el periodo de espera es de 90 días, los cuales ya pasaron y siguen sin darme respuesta. B	Bris A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pague el refrendo en Farmacias Guadalajara ya pasaron 7 dias habiles y aun sigo sin poder imprimir mi recibo porque no existe, no pude pagar en linea siendo que tengo cuenta con scotia porque no servia, hable por telefono 2 veces y a la 3ra vez de plano me bloquearon esto es entra la llamada y ya no se oye absolutamente nada en la extension. Es inaceptable el servicio que aun pagando tenemos. Frustrante!. Al final me respondieron y el caballero que me atendió fue muy amable y resolvió mi duda sin problemas. Poner atención a las lineas de teléfono es VITAL. Los contribuyentes no podemos disponer de tiempo como para ir a perderlo a las oficinas en el centro a resolver dudas que en 5 minutos pueden ser resueltas por teléfono. It took me 2 days trying to communicate for at least 3 hours the first and 2 hours the second. In the end they answered me and the gentleman who attended me was very friendly and resolved my question without problems. Paying attention to the phone lines is VITAL.
