Dieses Apartment verdient kein stern. Das eben bezogene Apartment hat nichts mit den bildern zu tun. ALLES ist unterirdisch verschmutzt und der „Manager“ des hauses und der Sicherheitsdienst waren super unfreundlich als wir direkt bei der ankunft auf die mängel darauf hingewiesen haben. Im großen und ganzen ein absoluter flop!

Stayed here for 9 days and while the place was aesthetically pleasing, everything else was horrible. The water in the taps are salty (this is semi-normal for Tulum). The construction noise was off the charts and the wi-fi for the whole area was down for 10+ days. The property manager and day security guard was VERY rude and unhelpful. While we were there 5 couples/families left due to the lack of service, support and no wi-fi. If you don’t mind a little dirty, no water and no wi-fi it’s a great place!!

We stayed for 7 days in mid April 2022. I would say we had a better stay than the people who reviewed before us. Yes this condo is in a newly construction area. Yes the water is hard and leaves calcium. Sometimes during mostly the day and when there are lots of other guests taking showers or flushing toilets ect…you hear a loud sledge hammer noise, it’s lasts for about 8 to 10 times. I believe it’s either water pressure or sewer pressure pump/ relief noise. It’s a loud bang noise. It’s not construction noise. We hardly heard any construction noise. It’s Mexico!!!! If you’re an American don’t come down here expecting it to be the same. I personally for the price would stay here again. The place is quite large. Master bedroom and bathroom very large. Bed was awesome. The 3 of us were provided enough towels for our stay. The washer is a washer dryer combo so you have to take some time to figure it out. The AC worked amazing! 2 units in living and kitchen area and 1 AC in each bedroom. Minimal kitchen items… 1 sponge and dish soap…there was salt and pepper, hot sauce coffee filters, coconut oil and olive. We bought paper towels, more toilet paper, bottles of water and obviously food. There’s an electric cooktop and a microwave/ convention oven. Regular coffee pot,toaster and blender. I thought the condo was beautiful. You have a 24 hour security guard, key pads to get in your condo door and to enter the grounds. I felt very safe. We had no problems at all. It was nice to have the bikes included in price. The owner communicated with me all the time thru WhatsApp he was great. I would say if you get a good price then this condo is worth it.

The pictures on the website must have been from when it opened. We just stayed here through Airbnb and had a pretty rough experience- especially for how expensive it was (we came at new years). The whole apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the floor was dirty, and there were a lot of essentials missing (no cutting board or paper towels, the tongs were visibly rusting). When we asked for blankets they told us: "we don't have any more." The biggest thing though was that it looked like heavy minerals have wrecked the appt's water systems. Some faucets were crusted over with calcium buildup and water barely trickled out of the showers. The kitchen sink leaked and drains were all backed up. Even the pool water looks cloudy and didn't make me want to jump in. They came and fixed the backed up sinks while we were there but even so, the experience was pretty disappointing.
