★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El fraccionamiento está súper bien ubicado. Rodeado de hospital, centros comerciales y seguridad. Solo qué hay ciertos servicios que aún no tienen cobertura. Pero puede ser una buena opción para vivir aquí.
 The subdivision is super well located. Surrounded by hospital, shopping centers and security. Only that there are certain services that are not yet covered. But it may be a good option to live here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misión la joya es una fraccionamiento muy seguro, además, en términos de servicios básicos de vivienda, cumple con todos. Aunque con relación a internet, yo no tuve la mejor experiencia.
La movilidad es súper deficiente si no tienes carro, pese a que hay líneas de transporte que recién se habilitaron por el nuevo hospital. Esas rutas dejan de pasar súper temprano (cerca de las 09:45 PM)
No cuenta con áreas verdes tan extensas, solo un pequeño parque en el centro del fraccionamiento.
Misión la Joya is a very safe subdivision, in addition, in terms of basic housing services, it meets all of them. Although in relation to the internet, I did not have the best experience.
Mobility is extremely poor if you don't have a car, despite the fact that there are transport lines that were recently opened by the new hospital. Those routes stop passing super early (around 09:45 PM)
It does not have such extensive green areas, only a small park in the center of the subdivision.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer estuvimos aquí para la recepción de la vivienda. Fuimos atendidos por el Ing. José Guadalupe Cruz, en representación de Cecsa de Querétaro. Revisamos a detalle que todo estuviera en buen estado y funcionando correctamente. Quedamos contentos con los acabados.
Yesterday we were here for the reception of the house. We were attended by Ing. José Guadalupe Cruz, on behalf of Cecsa de Querétaro. We check in detail that everything was in good condition and working properly. We were happy with the finishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece buena ubicación, recién he adquirido una casa sin embargo el problema más grave es el sevicio de internet, no hay cobertura de este servicio y en este tiempo donde es indispensable no hay forma de resolver a la brevedad. En este sentido creo que la inmobiliaria debe ser transparente con las carencias con las que cuenta el complejo para tomar decisiones de compra.
It seems like a good location, I recently bought a house, however the most serious problem is the internet service, there is no coverage for this service and at this time when it is essential there is no way to solve it as soon as possible. In this sense, I believe that the real estate company must be transparent with the shortcomings that the complex has to make purchase decisions.
