A	A. Ayala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hicieron una "revisión" y me cotizaron tres elevadores y un clima en alrededor de 35 mil pesos. Decidí no seguir con la cotización (solo pedí el clima). Llevé mi camioneta a otro lugar donde verdaderamente hicieron una revisión y resulta que no necesitaba elevadores nuevos, solo cambiar unos cables del motor eléctrico (alrededor de $1800). Por lo tanto o la supuesta revisión de Mitsubishi Autokam estuvo terriblemente mal, o simplemente se trataron de aprovechar de mi. Aparte de esto les tomó una semana tener lista mi camioneta, mientras que en el otro lugar tomó 24 horas. Terrible servicio. They made me a "revision" and they quoted me three elevators and a climate in around 35 thousand pesos. I decided not to continue with the quote (I just asked for the weather). I took my truck to another place where they really did a review and it turns out that I didn't need new elevators, just to change some electric motor cables (around $ 1800). Therefore or the supposed review of Mitsubishi Autokam was terribly wrong, or they simply tried to take advantage of me. Apart from this it took them a week to have my van ready, while in the other place it took 24 hours. Terrible service

R	Rubén Serrato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la demora para entregarme un auto fue de casi 15 días, el contrato firmado el primer dia, la unidad que me iban a entregar no estaba en optimas condiciones, me cancelan contrato después de 7 días y me ofrecen otro a cambio pero fueron otrso 7 días de estar en espera y pude ver que nadie te soluciona nada por parte de ellos y de atención a clientes del corporativo, aún y con evidencias lo único que logré es que al final de los 15 días me dieran mi unidad nueva y lo más trsite es que fue "sin papelitos de festejo". :v pero bueno al final no recomiendo ir a ese lugar. Esa fue mi trsite experiencia. Terrible service, the delay to deliver a car was almost 15 days, the contract signed the first day, the unit that they were going to deliver was not in optimal conditions, they canceled the contract after 7 days and they offered me another in exchange but they were Another 7 days of waiting and I could see that nobody solves anything for you from them and from the corporate customer service, even with evidence, the only thing I managed is that at the end of the 15 days they gave me my new unit and it more trsite is that it was "without festive papers." : v but hey in the end I don't recommend going to that place. That was my trsite experience.

Hernández on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autokam Mitsubishi es una agencia de autos con buena atención al cliente, durante todo el tiempo que estuve evaluando opciones diferentes ellos buscaron ayudarme a decidir por la mejor opción. Es dificil evaluar a la agencia por el servicio de un solo ejecutivo pero en general la agencia emite una buena apariencia y el asesor que me atendió busco la forma de ayudarme en lo posible para que tomara mi descisión con ellos. Autokam Mitsubishi is a car agency with good customer service, during all the time I was evaluating different options they sought to help me decide on the best option. It is difficult to evaluate the agency for the service of a single executive but in general the agency issues a good appearance and the advisor who attended me looked for ways to help me as much as possible to make my decision with them.

La hoja con un resumen de lo que trabajaron incluye el estado de llantas y balatas, permitiendo saber si aún aguantan o si necesitan cambiarse pronto. Definitivamente muy recomendable. Excellent atention. The sheet with a summary of what they worked on includes the condition of the tires and linings, allowing them to know if they are still holding up or if they need to be changed soon. Definitely highly recommended.
