A simple vista no se aprecia, unicamente con el reflejante o encendido. Inmediatamente me comunico con el vendedor quien asegura desconocer esto y menciona que el responsable es el gerente que por cierto "está de viaje", hasta ahora no se quieren responzabilizar y creo que no lo harán. El reposabrazo está roto y no me entregaron libro para los servicios!. No les recomiendo acudir a esta agencia nunca.
