Ha pasado casi una semana y me están diciendo que al parecer las piezas que me faltan estarán a finales de diciembre!! Casi medio año después de que las pagué. Su servicio al cliente es totalmente inaceptable.
Good first instance attention, however lousy to deliver. I bought 2 bedrooms in the month of July, it is October and the 2 have just delivered them incomplete. It's been almost a week and they are telling me that apparently the missing pieces will be at the end of December !! Almost half a year after I paid them. Your customer service is totally unacceptable.
