Cuando compré los muebles me dieron una fecha de entrega que para nada respetaron, en total tuve que esperar 30 días naturales a que entregaran.
Luego, cuando llegan y montan los muebles LOS ROMPEN.
Se los llevan, y sigue siendo el día en que no pueden decirme cuándo me entregan los nuevos muebles.
Que triste que muebles tan bonitos vengan de una empresa tan informal y con tan pésimo servicio de entrega.
Jamás recomendaría que compren aquí.
HUGE delivery time.
When I bought the furniture they gave me a delivery date that they did not respect at all, in total I had to wait 30 calendar days for it to be delivered.
Then, when they arrive and assemble the furniture, THEY BREAK IT.
They take them away, and it's still the day they can't tell me when the new furniture is delivered.
How sad that such beautiful furniture comes from such an informal company and with such terrible delivery service.
I would never recommend buying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO DESPERDICIEN SU TIEMPO Y DINERO, NO COMPREN AQUI!!! el tiempo de entrega es horrible y la atencion al cliente es pesimo, esperamos 2 meses para que llegaran muebles incompletos y de los que llegaron, dos sillas estaban rayadas y el sillon despues de que quitaron el empaque me encontre una UÑA enmedio de los cojines, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. nunca te hacen caso y les vale un comino, van dos meses y medio y siguen sin completarme la compra. ademas mencionaron un supuesto monedero de $5000 por las molestias para que compraramos lo que fuera, pero cuando fui a tienda me dijeron que mas bien me hacian el descuento en la compra de otro mueble de cierta cantidad de dinero para que me respetaran ese monto....Ja!! quien en su sano juicio compraria otro mueble sin que se responsabilizen de los muebles rayados y usados y sin completar la entrega. CHAFAS!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT BUY HERE !!! the delivery time is horrible and the customer service is terrible, we waited 2 months for incomplete furniture to arrive and of those that arrived, two chairs were scratched and the armchair after they removed the packaging I found a NAIL in the middle of the cushions, I do not recommend it at all. They never listen to you and it's worth a damn, it's been two and a half months and they still haven't completed my purchase. They also mentioned an alleged purse of $ 5000 for the inconvenience so that we could buy whatever it was, but when I went to the store they told me that they would rather give me a discount on the purchase of another piece of furniture for a certain amount of money so that they would respect that amount ... ..Ha !! Who in their right mind would buy another piece of furniture without being responsible for the scratched and used furniture and without completing the delivery. CHAFAS !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pónganse de acuerdo con los disque “guardias” de la entrada de la plaza, la tienda es pet friendly y la plaza no me dejo entrar, la tienda está por el estacionamiento así que ni siquiera entraba a la plaza como tal... “pet friendly” es acceso a todas las mascotas no si la mascota se puede cargar si entra y si no, no entra.
Agree with the "guards" at the entrance to the plaza, the store is pet friendly and the plaza will not let me in, the store is by the parking lot so I didn't even enter the plaza as such ... "pet friendly ”is access to all pets, not if the pet can be loaded if it enters and if not, it does not enter.
