En cambios de turno, no atienden, quieren que te esperes, no tienen letreros de NO ATENCION en cambios de turno y tampoco horarios a la hora que estos son para no acudir
No hay quien atienda una queja, quieren que vayas en horario de oficina a quejarte ……..
Mala actitud y nulo proceso de atención al cliente, como si hicieran un favor al venderte
Turno nocturno, el peor no es recomendable acudir

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las despachadoras son suuuuuuper lentas, le dimos muchas oportunidades pero siempre observamos lo mismo. Se tardan mucho por estar en el chisme.
Es la segunda vez que nos pasa formarnos en una bomba y nos mandan a otra porque solamente están despachando en dos. Hoy en particular dos clientes más se bajaron de su auto a quejarse pues se hizo un relajo. Gente que llevaba ya rato formada no la atendían y gente que iba llegando fue despachada primero.
Honestamente para no volver.
The dispatchers are super slow, we gave them many opportunities but we always see the same thing. They take a long time to be in the gossip.
