Sin duda son establecimientos que por el precio que paga y la garantía que ofrecen al cliente del producto uno cree comprar algo de buena calidad, pero no fue así mi caso. Compre una funda para iPhone y a los 3 días de uso se desprendió la mica, conserve el comprobante de pago para hacer válida la garantía que es de 90 días. Al llevarla a esta sucursal de galerías me atendió una señorita llamada Darinka y le entregue el artículo, tardó no más de 30 segundos para decir que ese defecto no era válido como cambio que era por uso y no por defecto de fábrica, yo le mencioné que si tenía garantía de 90 días el artículo por lo menos tenía que durar 90 días como ellos especificaban y pregunté qué cual era el defecto de fábrica para hacer cambios, no sabía ni que contestar su argumento fue que habían pasado más de 20 días y que si se lo hubiera llevado antes me lo hubieran cambiado, fue ahí cuando ya no tuvo congruencia y le dije que entonces el daño que tenía mérito de cambio y que si era la garantía de 90 días era ilógica sus respuestas. Pedí hablar con el gerente el cual se me negó que porque estaba comiendo esto a las 7:30pm y que iba tardar en regresar. No me dieron solución alguna y tengo un artículo que compre de $350 pesos que sólo duró 3 días y una garantía de 90 días que no hacen válida en esta sucursal. Claro que este lugar se merece está calificación por ser deshonesto. Terrible service and little consistency!
