Que me atendió sin buen trato, le pido un solvente y me dice , que ella no tenía recipientes para dármelo que fuera a conseguir uno en algún lado, entonces le pido lijas y thinner me da el ticket y me marcho , obvio consigo el otro producto en otra ferretería, cuando estoy por terminar mi trabajo comienzo a hacer la mezcla con laca y thinner ,y noto un olor diferente y cuando lo comienzo a aplicar noto que sale de la pistola un aroma diferente y la textura es muy mala abro la pistola y huelo y me doy cuenta que en vez de thinner me dió , otro solvente , El día de hoy lunes 31 de mayo 2021 acudo a la sucursal con mi ticket de compra por el cambio de producto ,y cuando le digo a la misma srita que me dió otro producto , que me haga el favor de cambiarmelo me dice que ella me dió el thinner y que no es su problema , que yo la había cambiado por otro producto , entonces yo me molestó y hablo con el dueño y le digo que no es justo que desperdicie producto fino por los errores de su personal y me dice que solo podria cambiarme el thinner, pero que de lo demás no se podía hacer responsable ,y que no le importaba yo como cliente ,que para eso va mucha gente y bueno de más está decir toda la discusión que se dió , Muy mala experiencia , no se los recomiendo In terms of products, anyone can say that it is good that is not or is in question, in this type of business only what can be described is their personal service, already on previous occasions I had noticed a bad attitude on the part of the people of at the counter, but this time they passed, Last Sunday I went to buy some products, to start the lady.
