★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy rápido el servicio de expedición de pasaportes y el personal muy amable. Recomiendo llevar el comprobante de pago y la cita impresos además de la documentación requerida.
 Very fast passport issuance service and very friendly staff. I recommend bringing the printed proof of payment and the quotation, as well as the required documentation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está muy escondidito este lugar, como si fuera ep rechazado del mall. Es muy pequeño el lugar, pero igual sólo aceptan citas para la cantidad de gente que cabe en el lugar. El personal medio sangronsito, me imagino es un trbajo muy aburrido, pero al final de cuentas fue servicial. El guardia muy amable. El proceso es rápido si llevas todo en orden.
This place is very hidden, as if it were rejected from the mall. The place is very small, but still they only accept appointments for the amount of people that can fit in the place. The half-bloody staff, I imagine it's a very boring job, but ultimately they were helpful. Very friendly guard. The process is fast if you have everything in order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojalá pudiera darle cero estrellas a este lugar de pesadilla. Para empezar la gente que trabaja ahí dan un pésimo servicio. Como si uno fuera a pedirles limosna. Se nota que son gente acarreada que ni la primaria terminaron.Te hacen pagar aunque no te puedan tramitar el pasaporte. Y para pedir el reembolso es todo un show.A mi me hicieron ir dos veces porque ahora este gobierno de cuarta pide la CURP certificada (lo cuál no lo pedían antes). Así que si su CURP no está certificada prepárense para que no les tramiten su pasaporte. Y si el pasaporte a renovar fue expedido por un consulado en EU te piden otra forma de identificación. Lo cual no está especificado en la página oficial. Lo peor de toda esta pesadilla es que me tomaron huellas, foto y foto del iris para que al final no me entregaran mi pasaporte.
Wish I could give this nightmare place zero stars. To begin with, the people who work there give a terrible service. As if one were to ask them for alms. You can tell that they are people who have not even finished primary school, they make you pay even if they cannot process your passport. And to ask for the reimbursement is quite a show. They made me go twice because now this fourth-grade government asks for the certified CURP (which they didn't ask for before). So if your CURP is not certified, prepare for your passport not being processed. And if the passport to be renewed was issued by a consulate in the US, they ask for another form of identification. Which is not specified on the official page. The worst thing about this whole nightmare is that they took my fingerprints, a photo and a photo of the iris so that in the end they would not give me my passport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un buen servicio y control de citas, el día que fui había mucha gente pero el tiempo de espera es de aprox 40 min y 1 hr para entrega de pasaporte. La entrada es por el frente del Chedraui, se debe bajar hasta el sótano 1 (amarillo) ahí debes ir hasta el fondo en la zona de BanBajio.
Good service and appointment control, the day I went there were many people but the waiting time is approximately 40 minutes and 1 hour for passport delivery. The entrance is through the front of the Chedraui, you must go down to basement 1 (yellow) there you must go to the bottom in the BanBajio area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es rápido con cita, una vez que te revisan papeles, te toman la foto y en menos de 1 hora tienes tu pasaporte.
El módulo está muy escondido. Esta en el piso 1 muy cerca del restaurante Texas Roadhouse. Se tienen que salir al estacionamiento para verlo.
It is quick by appointment, once they review your papers, they take your photo and in less than 1 hour you have your passport.
The module is very hidden. It is on the 1st floor very close to the Texas Roadhouse restaurant. You have to go out to the parking lot to see it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es rápido y eficiente si agendaron su cita, llegan a tiempo y traen todos sus papeles, mucha gente llega y ni el pago ha hecho, lo único malo es que está muy escondido, llegan al nivel 1 del Centro Comercial Santa Fe (nivel amarillo) y salgan por las puertas frente al Liverpool y caminen mano derecha, al fondo están. Que les revisen sus documentos antes y si les falta algo, les indican, si no, se forman y listo.
It is fast and efficient if they scheduled their appointment, they arrive on time and bring all their papers, many people arrive and they have not even made the payment, the only bad thing is that it is very hidden, they arrive at level 1 of the Santa Fe Shopping Center (yellow level) and go out through the doors in front of Liverpool and walk right hand, they are at the bottom. Let them review their documents beforehand and if they are missing something, they tell them, if not, they line up and that's it.

Location is 1st floor, at corner of the parking place.
If u want to apply license, no need to wait in the line, just inside and at the right hand, u will see the LICENCIAS place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In and out in under an hour with a new Passport. That is certainly worth 5 stars in my book! Wish all government services were this efficient.
They can still improve of course, place is small and crowded, seats run out and couches look run down, there are stains on walk and ceiling, no trash cans anywhere and friendliness of staff goes from superb to cold depending on who you get. There are always the Kafkian requirements for photocopies (black and white, color not accepted!!!)
Still, thank you for a great service and keep improving!
