★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En realidad el personal es pésimo, el tipo que saca las citas atiende con pésima actitud. Les recomiendo que cambien de personal a personas que realmente amen el labor que se hace hacia los animalitos. Deberían ampliar todo a una veterinaria normal aun con costo pero que sea accesible, de nada me sirve llevar a mi perro si me mandaran a una particular.
 Actually the staff is lousy, the guy who takes appointments attends with a lousy attitude. I recommend that you change your staff to people who really love the work that is done towards animals. They should expand everything to a normal veterinary, even at a cost but that is accessible, it is useless to take my dog if they send me to a private one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal es pésima, además que no usan cubrebocas, no tienen capacitación acerca de como tratar animales, la consulta tarda mucho y ademas no hay los instrumentos necesarios para evaluar a las mascotas, practicamente solo desparasitante y vacunas, si acaso.
The attention of the staff is terrible, in addition they do not use face masks, they do not have training on how to treat animals, the consultation takes a long time and also there are not the necessary instruments to evaluate pets, practically only deworming and vaccines, if anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca responden las llamadas, como si no estuviera nadie ahí. Además fui y me dicen las citas por teléfono, les dije que no contestan y que se intente de nuevo. Que mal. Esa fue mi experiencia. La otras personas puede ser distinta y buena. No sabemos.
They never answer calls, as if no one was there. I also went and they told me the appointments by phone, I told them that they do not answer and that they try again. That bad. That was my experience. Other people can be different and good. We do not know.
